Here at Brailsford we have high expectations of our children, encouraging and supporting them to achieve their very best, not only in the core subjects of English, Mathematics and Science, but also the more practical and creative subjects such as Art, Music and PE. We cater for pupils from Nursery to Year 6.
We offer a broad and balanced curriculum, with many opportunities to encourage the development of personal skills, helping to ensure that our children grow up happy, confident individuals with a thirst for life-long learning. It is our aim that every child, no matter what their ability, is educated to the highest standards, in an environment where Christian values are upheld and promoted. In this way, we hope to ensure that each and every child will flourish.
Hand in hand with our Christian foundation, are the fundamental British values of democracy, the rule of law, individual liberty and mutual respect and tolerance of different faiths and beliefs, we promote these so that our pupils develop and demonstrate the skills and attitudes that will allow them to participate fully in and contribute positively to life in modern Britain, whilst also developing an open-minded, global perspective.
