A relaxed club offering a variety of activities, including colouring, drawing, puzzles, construction toys and board games.
3:30pm–4:15pm – £3.00 per half term
Children in Key Stage 2 are invited to join Miss Stone's weekly Book Club. Together, the children will read a chapter each week and discuss the story, characters and predictions for future chapters.
The small charge helps to purchase the book for the following half term, and members are encouraged to recommend books they would like to read in the future. The first book will be chosen by Miss Stone.
3:30pm–4:30pm – £6.00 per child, per week
Tai Chi is available for all children from Nursery through to Year 6. This is a wonderful opportunity for children to develop balance, focus, wellbeing and confidence in a calm and supportive environment.
Our popular choir will continue to run and will be charged per half term. Further details will be shared at the start of the autumn term.
Until 5:45pm (Monday–Thursday) or 5:00pm (Friday) – £5.50
This club extends our after-school childcare provision. If your child attends an after-school club (such as Tai Chi or Book Club) and requires supervision beyond the club’s finishing time, a place in the Extended Club must also be booked.
Children will join the Creative Recreation Club at the end of their activity and will be provided with a light meal.
If you need to contact the Wraparound Care Team, please call 01335 360393. This is also the number to use if you are running late collecting your child.
If you do not contact us to let us know you are delayed, a £10 late collection fee may be charged.
Payments for wraparound care can be made through Arbor or by using Tax-Free Childcare or Childcare Vouchers.
Please use Brailsford Church of England Primary School (Ofsted No. 150719) as your reference when making voucher payments.
Children attending Nursery may use their funded hours for wraparound care.

Provided by Primary Stars
From September, Primary Stars will be responsible for the organisation, bookings and administration of all after-school sports clubs. Parents will therefore need to register and book places directly with Primary Stars rather than through the school.
Primary Stars provides a wide range of engaging activities in a safe, fun and inclusive environment, delivered by qualified and DBS-checked coaches. Their clubs focus on developing confidence, teamwork, life skills and friendships while keeping children active and engaged.
Please see the attached flyer for further information and booking details. Registration for September clubs is now open to all children who will be in Reception to Year 6.
Families can also benefit from a 10% sibling discount when booking more than one child.
