Special Educational Needs and Disabilities
We would like to invite parents and carers of Brailsford pupils to join Mrs Jennings and Mrs Cossey for an opportunity to hear and ask questions about the provision in place at our school for children with Special Educational Needs.
We hope you are able to make it.
Our Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Policy (SEN)
Here at Brailsford, we do not discriminate between any of our pupils, parents, staff, governors or visitors.
We aim to ensure that all pupils are supported appropriately in order that they make the best possible progress. You are most welcome to make an appointment to discuss your child’s or indeed your needs, as a parent, at any time.
For any SEN enquiries please contact the headteacher or our SENCO Gayle Jennings on the main Brailsford number.
Derbyshire Information, Advice and Support Service for Special Educational Needs and Disabilities – DIASS (formerly Parent Partnership) provide free, impartial and confidential information to parents and children and young people on issues around education, health and social care, relating to special educational provision.
