The Department for Education (DfE) require schools to publish details of how many employees have a gross annual salary and benefits of £100,000 or more.
Executive Pay for the financial year ended 31st August 2025
Section 2.29 of the Academy Trust Handbook requires all academy trusts to publish details of the number of employees whose benefits exceed £100,000, in £10,000 bandings, for the previous year ended 31st August.
Benefits for this purpose include salary, employers’ pension contributions, other taxable benefits and termination payments.
Total benefits banding (See salary & pension split below) £100,000 – £110,000
Number of employees- 1
Salary band £80,000-£90,000
Employers pension contribution band £20,000-£30,000
Number of employees - 1
