Meet Our Success Champion: Mrs Burton

At Brailsford Primary School, we believe that every child deserves the opportunity to succeed, flourish and reach their full potential. To help achieve this vision, we are proud to introduce our Success Champion, Mrs Burton.

Mrs Burton is dedicated to supporting disadvantaged and vulnerable pupils, ensuring that barriers to learning are identified and removed so that every child can access the same high-quality opportunities as their peers. Working closely with pupils, families, staff and external agencies, she promotes a culture of inclusion, belonging and high expectations for all. 

Through targeted support, mentoring and enriching experiences, Mrs Burton helps children develop confidence, resilience and ambition. Her role is focused on ensuring that disadvantage is never a barrier to success, empowering every learner to thrive academically, socially and emotionally.
